I had such a lovely experience at ELM Hair & Beauty having my CAST hair extensions fitted by Emma. Emma knew I’d had a really disappointing experience previously with Viola extensions, so she had the added job of removing my old bonds before fitting the new hair. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and reassuring. The colour match is perfect — the extensions blend beautifully with my own hair — and I’m so pleased with the cut and finish. The difference in the quality of the hair is immediately noticeable too. The whole appointment was a great experience, and the aftercare advice has been brilliant as well. Emma really knows her stuff and I felt completely confident in her hands. I’m so pleased with the result and would definitely recommend ELM Hair & Beauty, especially if you’re considering CAST hair extensions.

My first visit to the salon. Emma was welcoming and offered a consultation prior to washing my hair. Emma listened to what I wanted and the end result was perfect. Having naturally curly hair she understood how to cut it and more importantly, how to dry it. I shall be returning and highly recommend 😊
