01Bookings & Appointments

Appointments may be booked online via our booking partner, by phone, or in person at the salon. We require accurate contact details at the time of booking so that we can confirm appointments and notify you of any changes.

02Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, including but not limited to colour services, balayage, hair extensions, and bookings of two hours or more. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final bill.

03Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price. Repeated no-shows may result in us requiring full payment in advance for future bookings.

04Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients. Where this is not possible, the full price of the service will still apply.

05Patch Tests & Allergies

A skin patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service, including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and tints, whether or not you have had a colour service before. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your service. We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions where required patch tests have not been completed or accurate information has not been provided.

06Service Results

Our team will always strive to deliver the best possible outcome. However, individual results may vary based on hair condition, previous treatments, and natural factors. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 7 days so we can do our best to put it right.

07Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on services completed. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a complimentary correction where appropriate. Refunds on products will only be considered for unopened, unused items returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

08Children

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, children who are not receiving a service must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. We reserve the right to ask unsupervised children to wait elsewhere.

09Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, or where we believe the requested service would cause harm to the client or their hair.

10Pricing

All prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation. Additional charges may apply for longer or thicker hair, extra products required, or extended service times.

11Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

12Personal Belongings

While we take great care of our clients, ELM Hair & Beauty cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

13Photography & Social Media

We may occasionally take photographs of your finished look to share on our social media or website. We will always ask for your permission first, and you are under no obligation to agree.

14Complaints

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the most recent revision.
