ELM began with a passion for creating beautiful hair, but it quickly became something much bigger. After spending 14 years building a successful career in dentistry and practice management, Emma made the decision to follow her true passion and retrained as a hairdresser, completing her qualifications in just 18 months.
Starting with a small salon, second-hand furniture and a determination to succeed, Emma grew ELM through hard work, exceptional client care and a commitment to never compromise on quality. Over the years, the business has evolved, expanded and overcome challenges, but one thing has never changed...

I'm Emma, the founder of ELM Hair & Beauty and the creative vision behind the brand. With a passion for luxury colour and personalised hair transformations, I'm dedicated to delivering exceptional results while making sure every client enjoys a calm, welcoming experience.
I'm a perfectionist at heart, committed to ongoing education, and I believe beautiful hair should never come at the expense of hair health. My focus is on creating effortlessly wearable, bespoke colour that enhances your confidence and complements your lifestyle.
Above all, I'm passionate about helping people feel their very best, both inside and out.

Hi, I'm Jess!
I'm a 21-year-old hairstylist with five years of industry experience, specialising in balayage blondes, lived-in colour, copper tones and hair extensions. I've completed my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications and was proud to be a finalist in the UK Hair & Beauty Awards for both Rising Star and Best New Talent.
I love creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair while making every appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. And if you have a dog story or a great TV series recommendation, I'm your girl!

Hi, I'm Marie, the beauty therapist here at ELM Hair & Beauty.
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and a wide range of qualifications, I'm passionate about helping my clients look and feel their best. Over the years I've expanded the treatments I offer, but my true love has always been providing relaxing facial treatments, creating a calm space where you can switch off from the outside world and enjoy some well-deserved time just for you.
I offer a full range of beauty treatments, from eyebrow shaping and waxing to luxurious full body massages, always tailoring each appointment to your individual needs and ensuring every client leaves feeling refreshed and cared for.
Outside of the salon, life revolves around my daughter, D-Dee, who's nine years old and somehow has a busier social calendar than I do! I'm a proud mum, cook, cleaner and taxi driver all rolled into one, and I wouldn't have it any other way. We're a great team, and I love creating a happy balance between family life and the career I'm so passionate about.
I'm always delighted to welcome both familiar and new faces into the salon, and I look forward to helping you relax, unwind and feel your very best.

With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, I've built my career around a genuine passion for cutting, colouring, styling and creating beautiful blow dries that leave my clients feeling their absolute best.
For me, hairdressing is about so much more than hair. It's about helping people feel confident, comfortable and truly themselves. I love creating bespoke colours that enhance each client's natural beauty, alongside precision cuts and styles that suit their personality and lifestyle. Seeing someone leave the salon feeling happier and more confident is what makes this career so rewarding.
I'm known for my positive attitude and friendly nature, and I always strive to make everyone who sits in my chair feel relaxed and at home. Whether you fancy a good chat and a laugh or simply want to switch off with one of our luxury drinks while you're being pampered, I'll make sure your visit is an enjoyable one.
One of the things I love most about my job is building genuine relationships with my clients. Whether you've been with me for years or you're visiting for the very first time, you'll always receive the warmest welcome and the same level of care and attention.
Outside of the salon, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym and heading out on long walks. I love spending quality time with my family, friends, my partner and our beloved fur babies. I'm also a big fan of shopping, cooking and enjoying cosy days at home.

I'm Kelly Griffiths, a Hair Extension and Colour Specialist with a passion for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting transformations. Specialising in Nano Bond hair extensions, I love helping my clients achieve natural-looking length, volume and fullness that blends seamlessly with their own hair.
With over 6 years of industry experience, and recognition as a UK Hair & Beauty Finalist and Brand Ambassador, I combine expert extension techniques with bespoke colouring services, particularly blonding, to create flawless, personalised results. Whether you're looking for a complete transformation, added volume or your perfect blonde, I'm dedicated to helping you achieve hair you love.
